Shrimps "Buzara" for Two

Ingredients:

- 1 kg ofFresh Shrimp

- 2 onions

- 6 Garlic cloves

- 2 dl white wine (dry)

- 1 juiced lemon

- 4 big tomatoes

- parsley

- salt

- pepper

- 5 tablespoons bread crumbs

- olive oil

Step by Step

1. Let the onions simmer in the pan with olive oil

2. Add diced tomatoes, depending on your preferences, you can remove the skin by putting the them in boiling water for a few minutes.

3. Add the shrimp and cook for 15 minutes

4. Lastly add the bread crumbs, salt and pepper according to taste.
